Confetti Cup Mute: With the same basic design as the other Clary Woodmutes cup mutes, this colorful and fun limited-edition straight plays superbly in-tune with minimal resistance. This mute is handmade from colorful spectraply, comprised of multiple thin layers of dyed premium-grade birch wood.
The adjustable nature of the mute allows the performer a wide range of timbres - from bright to tight.
This cup mute plays overall a little brighter than the other Clary cup mutes. It has a punchy sound, but is warmer when the cup is positioned close to the bell. Fits Bb and C trumpets. Weight is about 4oz (115 g).
