Mutes are shipped within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.
If you live in the Memphis, TN area, you can also choose the "local pickup" option
Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout according to USPS prices.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping outside of the United States is via USPS Priority Mail International. This service includes tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The mutes are hand made to order and are usually shipped 7-14 days after you place your order. If you have a time constraint, please contact me and I will likely be able to accommodate you!
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to Tennessee will have 9.75% sales tax added.
No sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee
SALES OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be accompanied by a required customs declaration form. Depending upon local laws, these orders may be subject to an import tax (duty) or other fee before delivery can be completed. Please consult your local authority for import tax information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to be happy with your mute! If you aren't satisfied, you can ship it back to me within 30 days of receiving the mute for a full refund (less shipping). Likewise, if your mute is damaged during shipping, I will gladly replace it. Please contact me before initiating any return or exchange.
RE-CORKING
Please contact me if you would like to have your mute re-corked.
